ATM Cards: You can use your Star ATM Card at any Star ATM Machine. You are permitted to use your card FREE for the first 4 transactions/inquiries per month. A $1.00 charge will be implemented when you exceed 4 transactions/inquiries. Surcharges may also be applied at the host location where you use your ATM Card. The First Choice Credit Union, Inc. is a member of Alliance One and Allpoint, ATM networks that allow surcharge free transactions for credit union members. You can use your STAR ATM card at any ATM within these networks without being surcharged. For a listing of ATM machines in Alliance One, click on the link below. Debit Cards: You can use your FCCU Debit Card to make purchases from your share draft (checking) account and make ATM deposits, withdrawals, balance inquiries, and fund transfers at any Pulse, Cirrus, or VISA ATM machine. You have unlimited usage of your FCCU Debit card when you use it for a Signature-based (Credit) transacion or purchase. However, if you use your card for PIN-based transactions (at an ATM machine) or purchase, you will only be allowed 8 free transactions per month. A $1.00 charge will be implemented when you exceed 8 PIn transactions. Surcharges may be applied at host locations where you use it as an ATM Card.
